It brings the aura of the Aegean Sea into the glass with energy and charming floral aromas.

Appearance: Medium lemon colour.

Nose: It is fresh yet ripe with jasmine, grape, quince, and pineapple.

Palate: It is delightful on the mouth, especially the intense flavours of lime, melon and grass. The balance is also perfect. It has high acidity, medium-plus body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink: Further ageing will not help it.

Food Pairing: Fat fish.
