Date Tasted: 5/2021

That wine is Greece's answer to the light and fresh Pinot Noir, even those from Burgundy. Enjoy it cool, even on a hot summer day and prepare two bottles because one is not enough.

Appearance: The colour is pale purple.

Nose: It has a remarkable freshness on the nose full of crispy red fruits like redcurrant, cranberry and raspberry with an underline of nutmeg, leather and mushroom.

Palate: It is silky and smooth with high acidity, low tannins, low body and almost medium aftertaste.

Drink: Ageing is really unscary to that wine.

Food Pairing: Try it with tuna, swordfish, pasta with mushroom or shrimps.
