Clos Puy Arnaud is one of the few and first biodynamic Chateaux in Bordeaux. It is located on pure limestone soil in Castillon’s best location, just 2 km from Saint Emilion. The grapes are all picked by hand, and the fermentation is spontaneous. The Grand Vin is ageing in different shares between clay amphorae and mostly old barriques maintain a pure fruit character yet with depth and complexity.

🍷 Appearance: Despite its age, it has a deep, bright, ruby colour that shows no signs of tiredness.

👃 Nose: It is intense and captivating, with a strong core of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and sour cherries. An impressive layer of spices such as licorice, allspice and cinnamon and a touch of oak complete the picture.

👅 Palate: It is very lively on the palate and creates waves of pleasure. It is full of taste yet light and precise. Intense plum alongside sour cherry and tomato leaf, refreshing acidity and chewy tannins make this wine delicious. 

💞 Finish: It has a long-lasting, savoury finish.
