It is a lovely aged wine from an area considered the source for the best Cabernet Sauvignon in Greece.

Appearance: Deep garnet colour. 

Nose: The intense ripe red berries are enjoyable. It is very complex with tobacco, plum, chocolate and coffee. It has a delicate and class expression.  

Palate: It is medium-bodied with noble tannins and high acidity. Excellent balance. The fruit flavours are juicy and intense with vanilla, clove and cinnamon. It has a long, delicious and complex finish.

Drink or Hold: It is gorgeous now and for eight years more.

Food Pairing: A prime steak or lamb chops are great partners.
