The source of the grapes is a single vineyard with over 150
years old vines located in the lower part of the village of Pyrgos produce rare and unique fruit. Maturation with the gross lees for 11 months in
stainless steel tank with frequent stirring. A year of cellaring adds more complexity and layers to this noble wine.
Appearance: Vibrant and bright, pale lemon colour.
Nose: It is very fine. It is complex and dressed in silk. A fantastic, pronounced chamomile aroma blows up your mind and, with the scents of lemon, saltiness, minerality, and white blossoms, create an unbeatable bouquet.
Palate: It still shows finesse and elegance. The touch is silky, with dense and delicious flavours filling up every corner of the mouth, standing for a long time. The acidity is high yet integrated, and the finish is pretty long.
Keep or Hold: It is a great wine and can evolve for the next eight years.
Food Pairing: Mussels, oysters and similar delicate tastes.
