Nose: It has intense aromas and is typical of Moschofilero grape-like lime, rose, white blossoms and citrus fruits. 

Palate: The floral aromas continue with high acidity that adds balance, medium body and medium lemon aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: Give Moschofilero the chance to show the full potential of its character through ageing. 

Food Pairing: It paired excellently with ratatouille.
