It is another pretty good wine from Bizios Estate located in Asprokampos in the Nemea region. They offer charming wines at the right price, and our guests love them. It is hard to go wrong with a bottle from Bizios Estate in the middle of the table. Happy for having it on my wine list.

Appearance: The colour is deep ruby.

Nose: Ripe and fresh aromas of red berries like raspberry, cranberry and sour cherry.

Palate: It is dry with flavours like green bell pepper, vanilla and toasted wood to create a different layer with medium acidity, almost medium soft tannins, medium body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink: Drink it now or in the next 4 years.  

Food Pairing: Try it with sausage with red sauce, coloured peppers and onions.
