It was the second wine that we chose from our cellar and opened in the event. "Les Sinards" is the name for the young vines planted into the famous Château de Beaucastel.

We chose to pair the earthy aromas of Château de Beaucastel with orzo cooked with mushrooms and truffle, and the result was just fantastic!

It is an entry-level wine from a family with a big tradition in this fascinating region.
