Appearance: Pale garnet colour.

Nose: It is fully developed with many tertiary aromas yet still with red fruit and a thick layer of spice like liquorice, clove and nutmeg.

Palate: It is medium-bodied and speaks volumes and not weight. Fantastic balance with almost high acidity and medium-plus elegant tannins. The wine reveals an extraordinary complexity, offering a symphony of flavours. Red cherry and raspberry dance alongside delicate nuances of thyme, rosemary, mushrooms, and an enticing blend of clove and cumin. The aftertaste is nothing short of remarkable, leaving a profound and lingering impression.

Drink: There is no reason for storage, yet be bold and stock a case or more.

Food Pairing: Imam Bayildi.
