It is a well made red wine from the island of Santorini, which has aged beautifully and delivers the volcanic terroir excellently.

Appearance: The colour is medium ruby.

Nose: It has excited aromas with all kinds of red and black fruits, a deep layer of Mediterranean spices and some earthy-mineral notes.

Palate: It shows class on the mouth with wonderful balance and texture. Some graphite and oak flavours are single out. The tannins are high, and the acidity as well with medium body and a medium complex aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: It is enjoyable now, but it has some years to develop even more.

Food Pairing: It will be paired perfectly with a juvette.
