Whatever your expectations are from the Nychteri of Domaine Sigalas is far from the experience you will have. Trust me. It is like a heavily-armed tank ready to pass over anything that will stand in front of it. So, just a friendly warning, it is not made for all the palates, and the ideal temperature is less than 12 C°.

Appearance: Deep amber colour.

Nose: It has complexity from another planet, full of citrus fruit, white blossom, peach, apricot, different kinds of spices, cream, almond, toffee, earthiness and candied fruits. It is concentrated and powerful.

Palate: It still shows concentration and complexity with a fantastic salty, mineral dimension and honey. The slight residual sugars perfectly balance the high acidity and the pronounced flavour. It has a long, sweet, complex finish.

Drink or Hold: Drink it now or in the next five years.
