The Santorini 2019 from Anhydrous Winery is a refreshing and vibrant wine with a pronounced citrus character and a distinct minerality that reflects the unique terroir of Santorini island. 

Appearance: Medium lemon colour.

Nose: It has lovely developed and has gained a beautiful complexity with pronounced minerality and a core of lemon and stone fruits.

Palate: It is full-bodied yet nicely balanced with high acidity and intense flavours of lemon, gun powder, peach and ripe melon. The aftertaste is almost long and delicious.

Drink: It is at its peak.

Food Pairing: Roast stuffed pork.
