Appearance: The colour is pale lemon with green hues. 

Nose: The complexity is beyond any expectation! Floral, citrus and tropical fruits are combined perfectly with a clearly mineral character. They are developing more and more as the hour's pass. 

Palate: The vibrating structure and the intensity make the wine unstoppable! It conquers every taste bud on the tongue with a fantastic complex aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: It is gratifying now and the next 5-6 years. 

Food Pairing: The wine's structure and nerve make it a good partner for white meat recipes like schnitzel or lemon chicken.
