Date Tasted: 8/2021

That is an excellent example of wine that maybe it never will hit a high score, but you want to buy a couple of cases for personal use. Great discovery!

Appearance: The colour is shiny pale ruby with many garnet hues started to develop.

Nose: The aromatic profile is ethereal, fresh and ripe at the same time. The mineral signature is powerful for red wine. It is indeed a wine that will surprise you positively from the very first capture.

Palate: The subtle and silky mouth-feeling is an essential advantage. But behind lightness and softness are hiding a strong flavour persistence of redcurrant, cranberry, red cherry and minerality. As a result, it has an excellent balance and almost a long aftertaste.

Drink: Open and drink that beautiful juice.

Food Pairing: By far, the perfect pairing was pasta with bolognese sauce.
