It seems Ktima Bairaktaris put fastidious effort into Rarus Κ, and the result is much more than satisfying. Kydonitsa at its best!

Appearance: The colour is pale lemon with green hues. 

Nose: The pronounced quince aroma justifies the variety's name. Lemon, apple, pear and banana are fresh and youthful. Very charming and playful. 

Palate: It is light and refreshing with lemonade acidity. Quince, apricot, vanilla and tropical fruits are intense and fresh. The aftertaste is soft and of medium duration.

Drink: Drink it now and for the next two years. 

Food Pairing: Small fishes on the pan, ceviche versions, mussels and delicate flavours will be the perfect pairing.
