Cuvée Monsignori 2017, Estate Argyros

Date Tasted: 5/2020

It is an aristocratic wine!

Appearance: The colour is medium golden.

Nose: The aromatic intensity on the nose is so charming that the nose stuck into the glass. Distinctive aromas by Santorini’s terroir-driven characteristic lemon-flint blend stretch with white blossoms, pear and dried apple.

Palate: Peach and petrol on the mouth with intensity and nerve in a full-body feeling. The high acidity would clean the palate of almost every flavour, prepare it for the next shallow, and ends up with a prolonged lemon aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: You drink it now, and you do not want to empty the glass, but if you can wait, the best is ahead.

Food Pairing: Apart from the classic food pairings like fishes etc., try it with chicken nuggets and thank me later.
