It is a fantastic retsina, rich, complex and delicate.

Appearance: The colour is medium gold. 

Nose: It reveals freshness with lime, peach and a charming herbal character.

Palate: The resin is soft, yet the flavours are intense. It has a medium body with almost high acidity. The balance is remarkable, and it has a sweet medium aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: It is appetising now, but it looks at the future with confidence.

Food Pairing: Retsina is from the few wines that can accompany any flavour on the table, no matter the ingredients.
