Appearance: The colour is medium gold. 

Nose: It has medium aromatic intensity with different citrus layers, minerality, white blossom, and herbs.

Palate: It is salty with petrol and smoke notes. It has high acidity, full-body and medium-length aftertaste. 

Drink: It is pleasant now but with a promising future. 

Food Pairing: It paired well with pork pancetta.
